We are thrilled to welcome another NEPSAC program to the PlaySight team, as the Rivers School will be adding our performance video and live streaming platform for their athletics programs this season. We have over 20 partners across the NEPSAC, and are proud to provide a premium, professional-level video platform to these premier schools, athletics teams and future collegiate sports stars.
To learn more about the Rivers School athletics and why it decided to invest in PlaySight, we spoke to Keith Zalaski, the Athletic Director and Head Boys Basketball Coach.
Why did your school decide to make the investment in PlaySight?
We were looking for the best option to bring our athletes to people that can’t be on campus and are thrilled that the portable GO system allows us to work with all of our teams to make that happen.
What features of the PlaySight system are you most excited about and intend to use, the most?
We look forward to providing coverage for many of our teams and love that these games are located on the same webpage to make things easier for all.
What role does video play for your coaches and program?
There’s no better breakdown tool for athletes, coaches, and teams to progress than on film. On top of that, our athletes are able to take this film and use it to find the best college/university to continue their passion for their sport.
What role does live streaming play for your school community, alumni, and parents?
As a day school, we love seeing our alums, parents, grandparents, and friends on campus for games, but we know it’s not always easy. We want to do what we can to keep everyone connected and continue their love and support for Rivers athletic teams.
