Q: Do I choose the exact play(s) to focus on?

Yes. You can either tell us what to focus on or you can leave it up to our experts to do it for you. Want to do both? No problem, you will still need to choose the “ Expedited delivery for your highlights ” option in ‘check out’ and then fill in the relevant fields in the order form with the play(s) you want us to focus on.

Q: Do I get to choose the games for my video?

Yes. You can either send us your own footage or use videos from games recorded at one of PlaySight’s partner facilities around the world. We provide you with a full month subscription so that you can search for your games and find your best moments.

Q: Are there any recurring costs?

No. This service is a one-time payment. There are no recurring fees or additional costs.

Q: What if I’m not happy with the final version of the video or want changes made AFTER it has been delivered?

No problem. Simply reply to your delivery email with the exact changes you would like to have made and we will get our experts back to work.

Q: Where do I see if my game was recorded on a PlaySight SmartField?

Search for your facility on our Live and On-Demand platform Go to the On-Demand tab and search for your game. You can identify your session by viewing a preview of it and/or by searching for the date and your team name. In order to view the full game, you will need a subscription to the PlaySight platform. Note that with every purchase of a Highlight Package you receive a FREE full month subscription so that you have a whole month to search for your games and enjoy the PlaySight platform.

Q: How will I get my Highlight Video package delivered?

1. You will get an email with the a download link to your Highlight video – Fun \ Recruitment \ both. 2. Add-on option to purchase 3 DVDs mailed to your home address. Can be purchased here or with your order main order. 3. Up to 5 full games – will be added to your PlaySight account and you will get be able to view, edit and share your content. If you have already purchased any of those games, we will refund the purchase. 3. Full month subscription to view Live Streaming and On Demand content – You will receive a promo code within 24 hours from payment.

Q: How do I fill out the timecode table?

After completing an order, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to the highlights clip order form and a 1 month Live and On-Demand subscription promo code. Allow up to 24 hours for your coupon to be sent. With your subscription you can view all the games recorded at the facility your games took place in. Watch your games and take notes of the moments you want us to include in the highlights reel. Fill the highlights clip questionnaire to provide us with all the details we need to create your awesome clip. Or, for an additional cost of $99 we can do it for you! (Choose this option at checkout.)

Q: Can I get featured on the PlaySight website and get introduced to hundreds of NCAA programs already working with PlaySight?

Yes. Many NCAA coaches use the PlaySight platform to recruit athletes around the world. This is one of the reasons why ordering your recruitment video with us guarantees that you will be seen and get recruited.

Q: What if I have any special requests?

We’re happy to accommodate special requests to make sure you get the best value for your money. Please let us know what you are interested in modifying by e-mailing highlight.video@playsight.com .

Q: Can I use my own footage for the highlight reel?

Of course you can. You can provide us with footage from up to 5 games. Some or all of these can be your own videos. You will need to upload your own videos while filling out the Vide Highlights order form. Each file needs to be in .mp4 or .mov format and 1GB max in size.
