Q: I can't find the "SUBSCRIBE TO LIVE" option. Where is it?

The SUBSCRIBE TO LIVE option is only available when your facility is currently live streaming. We want to make sure that you do not subscribe to a facility that is currently not live streaming. If your PlaySight facility is broadcasting and the SUBSCRIBE TO LIVE still does not appear, this means that you can access the stream without a subscription. When a facility is broadcasting a live stream, the option to subscribe will appear on the facility's PlaySight channel on the app or website, and on the specific court/pitch/field video player/window after you click the "WATCH" button.

Q: Does my live streaming subscription includes a recorded copy of my game?

Live streaming subscriptions only include unlimited access to premium live broadcasts from your facility and related facilities (if applicable) and specified on the subscription details when you purchase. If the facility has recorded the game in addition to streaming it, you might find it on the On Demand archive . Recorded games are not included with the live streaming subscription and can be purchased separately if offered by the facility. Some recordings are offered complimentary by the facility. In order to find out if your game was recorded and available, search the archive for your game. Unlimited on demand video and live streaming bundles will be launched on our platform soon. Q: My facility is not broadcasting/live streaming now. How can I find my facility's channel?

If your facility is not broadcasting now, then it will not appear on the "Live Now" section of PlaySight's Live & On Demand page. We suggest you look for previously recorded games or just save the page in your favorites to quick access later. On the app - go into the Live & On-Demand section and click the search icon at the top header. Start typing the name of your facility. If your facility has a PlaySight SmartCourt it should appear on the list. Click on the facility name to enter its channel, or on the star icon to add it to your favorites. On the website - you can look for past streams recorded games - Go into the Live & On-Demand section, under the "Find Your Game," type your facility's name in the search field and enter the date range your game took place. If your game was recorded by the facility it should appear in the search results. Search for the court/field/pitch and time your game took place. If you want to enter the facility channel and add it to your favorites, simply click on the facility name or logo.

Q: Where can I find more information about live streaming plans?

Go to the Live & Demand section on the website or app and find the facility you want to watch: Click on the facility name to enter its PlaySight channel. Q: Why is my live streaming quality poor? Why is the video loading/buffering?

Our live streaming broadcasts rely on internet bandwidth. There are many factors that can affect the quality of a live broadcast: your location, your network speed, type of connection and more. If you are experiencing broadcast delays, freezes and buffers - this may be a result of one of the above. If you are watching on a mobile device you can try and switch between Wi-Fi connection and 3/4G by your provider, to see if there is a difference. Also, try to notice the strength of the signal on your phone's connection. If it is low, this is normally a reason for not being able to get a strong live stream quality broadcast. If you are watching on your home computer, try switching between Wi-Fi and cable connection. A low bandwidth plan or local network load may affect your ability to view the stream properly. If you are unable to get a solid live stream when you have a strong internet signal and bandwidth, please contact our support for further assistance.

Q: I have paid for a subscription, but I still get a "Subscribe to Live" screen when I try to view the stream. Why?

This can happen for two reasons. One: you are not logged into your account, and two: your subscription has ended or is for a different PlaySight facility. If you are still within the period of your subscription, please make sure you are logged into the site by looking at the top right corner of the Live & On-Demand page. If you see the sign in / sign up button, it means that you are not logged in: If you are logged in, you should see your initials and profile image: If you are logged in and still unable to watch the subscription-only stream, your subscription may have ended or was for a different facility. An indication for an active subscription would be a blue "SUBSCRIBED" button replacing the green "SUBSCRIBE TO LIVE." No subscription: Active subscription If the problem still persists, you can contact our support team for assistance.

Q: Do I need to pay to watch live streaming?

Some PlaySight facilities offer free live streaming and other facilities offer subscription-only live streaming. If your facility offers subscription-only live streaming you would need to subscribe to one of the plans offered. Subscribed members get access to all broadcasts from the facility for the duration of the subscription. Both free and subscription-only live streaming requires a free PlaySight account. If you do not have one yet, you can create one for free right here.

Q: How do I know if my game is live streamed on PlaySight?

Our live streaming is controlled and managed directly by our teams, facilities and venues. If you are playing at a PlaySight-enabled facility, you should contact them for more information about streaming access and location. We are working on an events calendar for each facility so you will also be able to get schedules and updates directly from each facility's PlaySight channel. If your game has started and is being live streamed, your facility and stream will appear on the Live and On-Demand section of our website , iPhone and iPad app & Android app .

Q: Which browsers and device(s) can I watch PlaySight live streams on?

You can watch all PlaySight live streams in a few different places: our website , our iPhone and iPad app and our Android app . Our online/web platform is supported on the following browsers: Chrome Edge Safari Firefox Opera We do not support Microsoft Explorer.
