Q: How long does it take for my highlight video to be ready?

Our editors start working on your video as soon as you complete the highlights order form. It will normally take up to 14 days for your video to be completed and sent to you. We know sometimes you wish to skip the wait and get things done as fast as possible. If you would like an expedited editing process, you can purchase this option separately here , or add this product to your cart with the main order.

Q: Is my game on the PlaySight on demand video/VOD archive?

Games are recorded directly by the facility. If your facility has a PlaySight SmartCourt, you should contact them and ask if they are going to record and save your game to their PlaySight on demand video channel. If your game has ended, you can search for it here.

Q: How do I find recorded games?

Go to our Live & On-Demand section of the website. In the search bar, enter the name of your facility as well as the date(s) you want to search. Within the search results, you can find your game by name (if available), by court/field/pitch, or by date/time. You can watch a preview of each recorded game to make sure it is the right one before you purchase or add it to your activities.

Q: Do I need to pay for an on-demand recorded game?

It depends on your facility. Some games are distributed for free and some are premium. If you search for your game through our Live & On Demand page and the thumbnail of the game doesn't have a price amount on it (e.g. 'Get for $4.99) and simply says 'GET,' then your game is available for free.

Q: What do I get when I purchase a game?

When you purchase a game from the PlaySight archive it goes directly to your account's activities section. This is where you can manage all you sports video content - either from SmartCourts or through your mobile device(s). Once a video is in your activities you get access to all of the PlaySight platform capabilities. You can view your game from multiple angles (if multiple cameras are installed in your facility) You can create highlights and clips to share with your friends, fans and coaches View the game in different speeds - fast or slow or even frame-by-frame You can use drawing tools to mark your videos with important things you want to remember or improve upon You can download a copy of your game file to your desktop computer for offline use You can take your game and sports video with you - anywhere, any time and from any device!

Q: I purchased a game. Where can I watch it?

Every time you purchase a game or get a free game through the PlaySight on demand archive, it is added to your account's activities section. Your activities page is where all of your PlaySight sports videos are stored. In order to view your activities you have to be signed in to PlaySight (with the same account you purchased the game), and click on the MY ACCOUNT tab of the website. If you are already inside your account, you will see a menu tab for ACTIVITIES. On the mobile app, you will find the ACTIVITIES tab on the bottom menu. if you are still on the on-demand archive you will see that the GET button was replaced with "VIEW IN ACTIVITIES."

Q: I purchased a game but the video is showing as "still uploading" on my activities page.

The videos are available for purchase on the archive as soon as they end but they still need to be fully uploaded to the cloud before you will be able to watch them. Internet bandwidth and number of recorded games from your facility on that date can affect the time it takes for your game to be ready. It can take anywhere from minutes up to 24 hours for the video to appear in your account. If after 24 hours the video still does not appear in your account please contact our support team for assistance .

Q: How long will PlaySight keep my video in my account's activities?

PlaySight will not delete any videos from your account as long as you are within your storage plan limits. By purchasing game video from PlaySight, you will be given three months of complimentary storage on your account. At any point during this time, you can download the video file for offline access on your computer or mobile device.
